Recycling Terms & Conditions

1. Cash for Cartridges does not accept responsibility for lost or damaged items sent to us through our Freepost address or recycling bags. We suggest obtaining proof of postage, or using Royal Mail recorded delivery.

2. At the end of every month, Cash for Cartridges will pay the owners of any accounts that have reached a balance of £25 or more. If your account balance is less than £25, your total will roll over to the following month. There is no time limit for your account to reach £25.

3. IMPORTANT: Please check the list of cartridges that we accept EVERY time you send in your empty cartridges. You can view the current list of accepted ink cartridges on our website here. If you send us any ink cartridges that are not on this list, we reserve the right to charge your account 20p per incorrect cartridge. If you have any doubts, please call us on 0845 094 9221.

4. Cash for Cartridges does not accept any toner cartridges. Toner cartridges are bulky cartridges filled with powder and are used by laser printers. Ink cartridges are filled with liquid ink. If you send us any toner cartridges, we reserve the right to charge your account £2 per toner cartridge.

Empty cartridges will be credited to your account at the price listed on the day we receive your cartridges, not the date you posted them.

6. Cash for Cartridges offers additional recycling boxes on request. These extra boxes will be charged at £2.50 per box, at our discretion.
