1. Our recycling bag free return service is via Royal Mail, but this is not an insured service, we recommend you obtain a proof of posting when sending us larger amounts. We can not accept responsibility for your returned cartridges until they are actually at our premises.

2. We pay out accounts at the end of each month if they have reached £25 or more. If the account is at say £15 at the end of a month that balance rolls over to next month. There is no time limit on your account, so small recyclers don`t lose out.

3. Please check the list of cartridges we accept here.
Do not send us any cartridges that are not on the list.
If you are unsure about what you intend to send us then give us a call first. If you send us a large amount of ink cartridges that are not on our list we reserve the right to charge you £0.20 per cartridge. The odd incorrect cartridge is fine, we all make mistakes.

4. We do not accept any type of toner cartridges.

If you send us any toner cartridges we reserve the right to charge you £2.00 per cartridge.
