Recycling Ink Cartridges Earns Money

People who simply throw away ink cartridges may in fact be throwing their money down the drain. According to Terri Bennett of Spokesman-Review, ink cartridge recycling is big business for many ink remanufacturing firms. We here at Cash for Cartridges can pay up to £4.50 for a used ink cartridge.

Not only does it make you cash, but it is also helping the environment. In the US alone, 70 percent of ink cartridges are dumped straight onto landfill. This is all the more silly when ink cartridges are amongst the easiest products to recycle. Buying refilled or recycled ink cartridges could save consumers between 30 and 70 percent on brand-new prices.

"Throwing used ink cartridges in the trash is almost like throwing money out the window. Refilling and recycling these cartridges is another way to do your part to reduce your eco-footprint and save some green in your wallet," Ms Bennett said.
